"Fabulous girls’ trip to San Cristóbal de Las Casas, and our stay at Guayaba Inn made it even better. Everyone was wonderful. They helped us organize tours and reserve drivers, schedule a massage on site (that we highly recommend), and provided a yummy and filling breakfast every morning. A quick note for light sleepers since I am one, the room at the back of the property is against the street so request an interior room or be sure to bring earplugs."

"The hotel itself was not too bad but be aware there is a small bar and a nightclub directly across the small street that are both VERY, VERY loud until about 2am every night! We could feel the vibration of the music not to mention the sound of music and people all night long."

"Deluxe room, no hot water as boiler was turned off, banging water pipes, erratic lights, worn out threads showing towels, rock hard king bed. Friendly staff tried their best. Fireplace was needed, ask for more wood. A one and done property, never again, sorry. Fix the flickering lamps, erratic WiFi, provide towels not rags, put a pad on the bed, have staff turn on boiler for clients with reservations as they arrive at night."
