Holiday Home "Petite Paradise" with Sea View, Shared Pool & Wi-Fi

Boasting stunning sea views, Petite Paradise is a two-storey holiday home designed for relaxation. The property features a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 3 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 6 guests. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), fan, washing machine, dryer, game console, TV, as well as books and toys for children. A cot and high chair are also available.



The private outdoor area offers a garden, balcony, playground, and outdoor shower. Guests also have access to a shared outdoor space with a heated pool, open terrace, covered terrace, and barbecue. The elevated position of the home ensures spectacular sunset views, as well as vistas of the two "charcos" lakes and Mount Teide.



The pool is solar-heated, so water temperature depends on sunlight. One parking space is available on the property, and free street parking is also possible. Pets and parties are not allowed. Sehr schönes Haus mit charmanter Terrasse und großartiger Aussicht!

Pros: Das Haus war sauber, geräumig und gemütlich, die Terrassen und Balkone (mehrere) laden zum Verweilen ein. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man im Alltag braucht. Die Einrichtung ist persönlich und das Grundstück individuell gestaltet. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Ein Highlight ist das Panoramafenster mit Blick auf das Meer. Cons: Nichts - aber Achtung: Die Einfahrt ist sehr schmal und für größere Autos nicht gut geeignet. Die Zufahrt ist steil und man ist dort auf ein Auto angewiesen. Eine separate Ferienwohnung befindet sich im obersten Stockwerk und das Haus ist (wie typisch für Spanien) etwas hellhörig, was uns nicht gestört hat. Wir würde wiederkommen!
