Located in La Laguna, Casa Canaria Finca Real offers everything you need for a relaxing holiday close to Tenerife’s main urban centers, as well as for remote work, university visits, or stays near the HUC University Hospital. The 110 m² property features a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, and 2 bedrooms—one with an en-suite bathroom. Please note, the only bathroom is located within the main bedroom. The house is ideal for a couple, couples with children, or four family members or friends who don’t mind sharing a bathroom. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi with a dedicated workspace, TV, washing machine, and cleaning supplies, plus a pleasant terrace.



Enjoy a private garden and outdoor terrace, perfect for dining or sunbathing. Public transport connections, such as tram and bus stops, are nearby, and a tennis court is just 15 minutes away on foot. The property is conveniently located near the island’s northern airport, only a 10-minute drive away. Free parking is available on the street right in front of the house and in a public lot 50 meters away.
