Our house is located in the Santo Domingo neighborhood, just in front of the old city seminar and the church that bears his name.

How to move
Being located in the historic center, the center is easily accessible on foot. The nearest tram stop is also 5 minutes away, where you can travel to Santa Cruz de Tenerife; capital of the island. Or you can take the bus to move to the different points of the island.
You have another option that is to rent a car at the arrival of the different airports, since the house has a totally private garage.

This was one of the best apartments i've ever stayed in. Great location to begin with, and excellent attention to detail.
Honestly, everything was perfect.

Wir haben eine sehr angenehme Woche in diesem Haus verbracht. Toll und praktisch ist, dass es eine Garage gibt, die sich von beiden Seiten der Straße erreichen lässt. Somit gibt es keine Parkplatzsorgen. Man ist dort mitten in der Stadt. La Laguna ist der perfekte Ausgangspunkt für die Nordküste, Santa Cruz und das Anaga-Gebirge. Wobei die Stadt an sich schon eine Reise wert ist. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist in der ersten Etage und ist mit allem ausgestattet. Es gibt auch gute Heizungen. Die Betten sind jedoch recht hart. Unter dem Wohnzimmer ist ein Restaurant. Von dort hört man an manchen Tagen Geräusche. Um 23 Uhr schließt es aber. Totale Ruhe ist in der Großstadt aber nicht zu erwarten. In der Seitenstraße, in der das Haus liegt, gibt es jedoch keinen Verkehr. Man hört jedoch den Verkehr von der Straße hin zur Post.
Hervorragend ausgestatte und sehr gemütliche Wohnung in bester Lage in La Laguna. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Eltern der Vermieterin haben uns das Objekt übergeben und uns sehr freundlich und sehr ausführlich alles gezeigt, was man wissen muss.
Der check out war ganz easy.
Erwähnenswert ist noch das ganz hervorragende Restaurant Faracho im Haus und den beiden erfreulich angenehmen Betreibern. In der Wohnung wiederum war - sehr erfreulich - nichts, aber auch gar nichts von dem Restaurant zu bemerken.
Ein schöner Aufenthalt! Besten Dank an die Vermieter Familie.

Cómoda y acogedora
Ha sido una estupenda estancia, en el mismo centro de La Laguna sin necesidad de mover el coche para poder pasear y disfrutar del centro de la población, con garage para comodidad de aparcamiento cuando mueves el coche para otros desplazamientos.
La casa muy cómoda y acogedora con todas las comodidades y con los elementos necesarios para cubrir todas las necesidades. Zona muy silenciosa y tranquila para relajarte y descansar a pesar de tener dos restaurantes, uno bajo la vivienda y otro enfrente. Todo estupendo.
Hemos disfrutado muchísimo de nuestra estancia ahí.
