"Meget hjælpsom personale, men problematisk at stedet ikke er 24/7 bemandet. Vi var udsat for strømsvigt om natten og der var ingen hjælp at finde før næste morgen. Har man ikke prøvet et sted hvor man på mail får oplyst en kode til oplåsning af dør og værelser ville det hjælpe meget med en billed forklaring og ikke kun tekst information. "The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of Toro’s charming old town, just steps away from restaurants and the church, with spectacular views of the Duero Valley. The reception staff were warm, friendly, and helpful, making check-in and check-out effortless. We chose a room with a balcony, which was absolutely worth it for the breathtaking views. The room was spacious, although it could use a little updating, and the floor was slightly dusty, possibly from the balcony. Breakfast was quite basic, with limited choices. Also, one thing to point out is parking at the hotel was quite challenging for big cars. Overall, a lovely stay in the heart of beautiful Toro!"
