The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, I've stayed here twice already and will definitely stay again when travelling through. Rooms are clean and tidy, breakfast plenty. They are also very pet friendly.

La habitación estaba aparentemente limpia y con olor a limpio, el baño con buen olor pero el vasito del lavabo sucio, la ducha y el lavabo llenos de cal y se veían viejos. Para dormir la noche estuvo tranquila, pero por la mañana a las 9:40 nos despertó el ruido de un aspirador viejo y el trasteo de la limpiadora, por los pasillos y la habitación contigua, si yo tengo hasta las 12:00 para dejar mi habitación, deberían tener más cuidado a la hora de adelantar el servicio de limpieza... Y después de habernos despertado en estas circunstancias, llegamos al comedor para desayunar y la máquina de café estropeada, nos dejan copas para zumos , pero no hay zumos ni de tetra brik ,ni naturales y teniendo una cafetería- restaurante como anuncia, no nos ofrecieron en ningún momento un café de otro tipo. Habiendo otros hoteles cercanos, no volveremos, hay mucho que mejorar y si ofrecen esta calidad, al menos que bajen el precio.

El establecimiento necesita un arreglo por todos lados. Y no me gustó que la recepcionista me dijo que esa noche se quedaba la puerta de recepción abierta toda la noche. Me causó inseguridad La lámpara de techo del dormitorio estaba rota y es de cristal, no lo veo muy seguro. Nuestra habitación tenía una terraza que no podía estar más sucia.

Cerca de todos los servicios, bares, gasolineras. Fácil aparcamiento. En general bien por el precio pero se nota que va necesitando una pequeña renovación. Se ve algo antiguo con muebles muy usados.. algunos desperfectos, etc. bien para pasar una-dos noches. El desayuno bastante completo

Suelo quedarme ahí en viajes desde Galicia. Hotel muy modesto, pero muy bien situado, personal de gran amabilidad, mascotas muy bien acogidas. Excelentes desayunos, una pena que ya no sirvan cenas.

Les photos du site sont belles mais ça s'arrête là. Pas d'accueil à l'arrivée et il a fallu téléphoner pour venir ouvrir la porte à 15h15, le ménage des chambres sur le palier (cf. photos prises) hyper bruyant, petit déjeuné convenable mais pas de personnel et à mon départ personne à la réception pour rendre ma carte, j'ai attendu 10' puis je suis reparti en la laissant sur le comptoir 🤔

Nuestra estancia fue muy agradable en el Pozo de la nieve. Estaba todo muy limpio y la habitación calentita cuando llegamos a pesar de que fuera hacia un frío considerable. El desayuno también muy bien. Muy recomendable también por el precio que me pareció bastante apropiado.

Muy buena opción. El Check-in y el Check-out sin complicaciones. Las camas eran cómodas y el baño tenía bañera. El desayuno es excelente y se esmeran mucho en que no te falte de nada. Bravo por vuestra labor.
