Private: natural state property, garden (not fenced) with meadow, swimming pool (above ground) (8 x 4 m, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 15.Oct. pool opening hours: 08:00-21:00). Garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: central heating system, air conditioning. 2 km long bumpy motor access (via unmade road). Parking at the house on the premises. Vacanze bellissimo

Wir haben in diesen schönen alten Gemäuern 2 wunderbare Wochen fernab des Alltagstroubles verbracht. Das Haus lässt keine Wünsche offen, die Einrichtung ist einfach aber allumfassend. Sehr hilfsbereite und freundliche Hausherren. Gerne wieder.

Prachtig typisch Italiaans huis

Prachtig huis, schoon, compleet, uitzicht is adembenemend. Toegangsweg is echt heel slecht en vraagt aandacht als je een iets lagere auto hebt. Bij aankomt kregen we niet het hele huis ter beschikking (2e badkamer etc). Na aandringen werd dit, gelukkig, gecorrigeerd.

Tolle Unterkunft in ruhiger Lage

Das gesamte Grundstück sowie das Haus sind sehr gepflegt und sauber. Die Ausstattung umfasst alle benötigten Sachen, auf Wunsch kann auch Grill und Pizzaofen benutzt werden. Der Pool ist groß und in sehr gutem Zustand. Das Haus liegt in toller Lage, vom Garten aus hat man einen faszinierenden Blick über die Hügel im Chianti Anreise war problemlos, vom Vermieter wird eine detaillierte Beschreibung verschickt. Die Straße zum Haus ist, wie viele Straßen in der Toskana, nicht geteert

Freundlich und entspannt

Das Haus an sich war perfekt für uns - zwar etwas älter aber sehr schön eingerichtet. Das Wetter spielte optimal mit und der Pool war sehr sauber. Die Vermieter sind nett, jedoch war ein Problem für uns, dass wir nicht Italienisch sprechen konnten und die Vermieter nichts außer Italienisch (nicht einmal Englisch u.ä), es hat aber trotzdem am Ende alles geklappt. Zu Beginn war es verwunderlich, dass plötzich morgens um 7 Uhr der Hausmeister durh den Garten wuselte um zu gießen etc. Ansonsten ein tolles Haus, vor allem wenn man seine Ruhe haben möchte und einfach nur entspannen will.

Ein schöner Urlaub

Wir hatten uns auf den Urlaub gefreut und wurden nicht enttäuscht. Die Unterkunft war sehr gut und entsprach unseren Erwartungen. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Grundstück ist hervorragend gepflegt und bietet viel Platz für die Kinder zum Spielen. Die Schotterstraße, die zum Haus führt, ist sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig. Schön ist, dass viele sehenswerte Städte in näherer Umgebung und gut zu erreichen sind.

Herrlich!!! Wir (2 Familien) h...

Herrlich!!! Wir (2 Familien) hatten eine wunderschöne Woche in der Toskana und in diesem Ferienhaus. Schon die Anreise war unkompliziert und wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen (Vielen Dank nochmals für Wein und Öl!). Die Zufahrt zum Haus (Schotterweg) ist zwar etwas staubig, aber problemlos zu bewältigen. Das Haus hat eine traumhafte Lage, und wir hatten mit dem Wetter einfach Glück, so dass wir sogar schon den Pool benutzen konnten. Bei diesem schönen Wetter (fast 30°C) waren wir eingentlich nur draußen im Garten. Im Ferienhaus war alles da, was wir benötigten. Wifi und Sat–TV funktioniert einwandfrei, und der Pizzabackofen ist eine Wucht! Also wir würden auf alle Fälle wiederkommen. Schade, dass es keinen Bäcker in der Nähe gibt. Einen herzlichen Dank an die Fam. ... . Reisetipps: Eine Woche ist eigentlich viel zu kurz für die Toskana, aber wir konnten trotzdem viele Ausflüge machen. Siena, San Gimignano, Florenz, und wir konnten endlich unseren Traum erfüllen: Brescello, der Drehort für Don Camillo. Am letzten Tag hatten wir noch Glück und konnten an einer Führung durchs Kloster von Badia a Passignano teilnehmen. Essen waren wir in der Osteria von Valigondoli. Zu Fuß in 10 Min. zu ereichen. Freundlicher Service und war lecker.

Tolles Haus. Alles da was nötig ist. Sehr nette Vermieter. Es war auch wirklich ALLES sauber. Man wohnt in einem (400 Jahre) alten Haus, das sollte einem klar sein. Es hat den nötigen Komfort UND Atmosphäre.Die Strasse zum Haus ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig aber mit jedem "normalen" Auto befahrbar.Super Aussicht. Pool haben wir nicht genutzt, sah aber sehr sauber aus. Reisetipps: Bäcker gibt es in Sambuca, Minisupermarkt auch.Wer in einem der 3 Lokale am Ort essen möchte sollte unbedingt vorbestellen. Wir wollten spontan und hatten keine Chance.In der "Cantina" war man freundlich, die anderen 2 nicht.Ok, wozu auch, wenn man genug Gäste hat.Wenn man durch Sambuca durch fährt ist am Ende der Strasse ein Restaurant, der Wirt dort war äusserst freundlich und das Essen lecker.

Traumhaft gelegenes, großzügig...

Traumhaft gelegenes, großzügiges Ferienhaus mit sehr praktischem Pool!Das Ferienhaus liegt mitten in Weinbergen/Olivenhainen, oben auf den Hügeln/Bergen. Die gesamte Umgebung ist schon fast kitschig, so dermaßen toskanisch. Ständig glaubt man, vor einem Werbefoto zu sein.Demnach ist es allerdings auch mühsam, ohne Auto hinzukommen oder Besorgungen zu erledigen. Das Haus ist nur über eine Schotterpiste zu erreichen, 2km von der einen, nur 800m von der anderen Seite. Allerdings sind Teile der Piste (vor allem von der 800m–Seite) sehr ausgewaschen, steil und mit Spurrillen/größeren Steinen.Das Grundstück/der nähere Garten ist schön, praktisch und angenehm zum Urlaubverbringen. Der Pool ist groß, sauber und wird gut gepflegt.Das Ferienhaus selbst ist ein altes Steinhaus und kaum isoliert. Wenn es sehr warm ist, heizt sich das Haus stark auf, abends muss man dann quer lüften.Ausstattung und Ambiente altmodisch–liebevoll. Aber grundsätzlich ist alles da, was man braucht!Das Bett ist groß und hat gute Matratzen, die Ruhe lässt langen Schlaf zu. Reisetipps: In der näheren Umgebung in Badia a Passiognano gibt es drei sehr gute Restaurants, eigentlich handelt es sich um gehobene Küche, wirklich toll! Auch viele weitere kleinere Lokale in der Umgebung sind einfach richtig gut – ein sehr leckerer Urlaub!Der nächste größere Ort ist Greve, in jedem Fall einen Besuch wert, insbesondere am letzten Sonntag im Monat beim Bio–Markt! Ansonsten recht touristisch, aber eben auch schön und italienisch!Durch die relative Nähe zur Schnellstraße von Florenz nach Siena ist man wirklich schnell in den nächsten Orten in der Umgebung, Florenz, Siena, San Gimignano, alles höchstens 30 Minuten entfernt und alles einen oder mehrere Besuche wert!

Sehr schön gelegenes Haus in den Bergen der Toskana. Absolut ruhig. Sehr schön angelegter Garten. Sauberer Pool. Freundlicher Empfang. Reisetipps: In den Landgasthäusern kann man sehr gute regionale Gerichte essen. Eher als in den leider sehr überlaufenen Städten. Der Metzger in Sambuca ist sehr zu empfehlen. Auch als Imbiss.
