Marinaterra Hotel & Spa
Room service with mediocre food the last night of my stay lost power had no lights no air-conditioning with no effort to discount my stay for the inconvenience. The spa was amazing with amazing customer service

Hotel San Carlos Plaza
The staff excellent. The rooms need a lot of maintenance and the internet very bad. No WiFi in the hotel.
