The hotel staff helped me choose a cool room and were always happy to help with any questions. The room was very quiet, there was almost no sound from the street. I liked the view of the lake from the window.

The positives: beautiful views, unique and spacious rooms, friendly service. The spa was very nice and you can message reception via whatsapp during your stay which makes any general questions easy. Our room had a wow-factor. Unfortunately the shower head when attached to the wall had a strange angle which meant that you couldn’t stand underneath the water as it sprayed straight onto the wall. The faucets were temperamental, it was near impossible for us to regulate the temperature. My main concern was that we were told that we would have a discount to spa and food/drinks. I asked for clarification upon check-in and was advised to make sure that we charge to our room in order to access this discount. Note that my Expedia booking said that membership tier also entitled me to food and drink discounts as a perk. We decided not to try other local restaurants and make the most of this offer. However, upon check-out, I was told that the discount would only be applied if we paid in cash. I didn’t have enough Argentinian currency on me to do this and was only told upon check-out so there was no way for me to get the cash in time. I told them that this new condition wasn’t communicated prior (I showed them their notes) and was told they were aware but couldn’t do anything about it for me. This was misleading of them to impose further unrealistic conditions on their offer. I wasn’t going to leave a review but I think others should know about this in case they’re also caught out.

Excelente lugar para estar en familia Solo dos problemitas El calor de el piso es muy intenso que hasta me enfermo tanto calor estando el termostato apagado y mi vecina de la derecha le encanta hablar hasta las 3 am y yo teniendo que abrir la ventana para poder dormir Pero hasta que se fue mi vecina se fue a dormir ella empece a dormir yo .

The location is perfect so close to many attractions, restaurants and bars and if you rent a car you can drive up near all the gorgeous Lakes. You can't really say this place offers a breakfast as it's only a croissant and some butter and coffee. The room has some charm and my favorite feature was the little tiny balcony which overlooked the street and also gave you a little bit of a view of the lake. I highly recommend you take the teleferico up the mountain as you have tremendous views from the top. The hotel does have a small parking lot which was sufficient for our needs. The internet here did not work well though probably cuz of our room location. The staff was friendly and helpful
