Poor WiFi, very thin walls (easily heard noises from our neighbors and outside our window to the street), someone was smoking a cigar down our hallway, very poor service at Duane's with bland chicken dinner.

Navy was an excellent way to begin my stay at the Doubletree. He was kind and helpful. The room was hreat. Spacious and clean. Breakfast buffet was also really good.

receptionest destiny extremely rude was on her phone. not rude to just me but another customer. gave me a room where ac didnt work was move to another room a smoking room where even the smoke detectors had bags covering them. wont stay here again after 7vyears this was our go to spot
