La Florida II (4 bedroom house)

This Villa consists of 4 bedrooms, each equipped with air conditioning to guarantee a pleasant temperature at any time of the year, an ensuite bathroom inside the master bedroom and a separate bathroom. There is also a fully equipped kitchen and a utility room. From the living room, there is access to a wonderful terrace with 2 sunbeds and a jacuzzi. It has its own parking. The communal gardens of picón are made up of native plants such as bougainvillea, vines and different varieties of cactus.
