New construction fully-equipped independent villa with garden, terrace and private swimming pool, located at the foot of the golf course in the private resort Salobre Golf and surrounded by nature, with wonderful views of the mountains, the golf course and the sea, and with all services available for a perfect holiday in the south of Gran Canaria.

Located on one of the best golf resorts on the island, with two wonderful golf courses, and only 10 minutes away from the famous beach of Maspalomas, facing southeast with wonderful views. Surrounded by nature, silence and tranquility, it allows a relaxed stay on the best part of the island, very close from its main touristic attractions but without the noise of its streets and commercial areas. It is perfect to spend a holiday enjoying sport activities such as golf, cycling or trekking, or just relaxing with yoga sessions, massages and walks surrounded by nature.

The ground floor consists of a fully-equipped kitchen, a living room with smart tv, sofa and dining area, a double bedroom and a full bathroom with shower. The first floor consists of the master bedroom with a full bathroom with shower, a third bedroom, a third bathroom with shower, and a solarium terrace with wonderful views to the golf course an the sea. The villa is surrounded by a nice garden with an outdoor dining area and a private, heated swimming pool.

Top quality materials have been used for its construction. There is free WIFI and air conditioning throughout the villa. It has a private parking space for one vehicle. The golf resort urbanization is private, with continuous surveillance, supermarket, restaurants, and two complete golf courses, with special conditions for the guests of the villa. Access to the motorway is 1 km away and the airport is 30 minutes away.

Wonderful Villa.

This is our second holiday at this very comfortable and clean Villa, it offers us all we want for a very relaxing week. The area was great. The pool was heated just enough and we swam every day.. love it and look forward to returning. Tiny criticism , nothing to dry dishes when washed by hand. Dishwasher great but sometimes washed dishes by hand.
