Holiday Villa 'Yucas 14' with Sea View, Wi-Fi and Air Conditioning

Note: There is construction next to the Yucas complex, with work taking place until the end of January, Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 15:00. No work takes place from December 19th to January 6th, nor on weekends or public holidays.



Yucas Villa 14 is a 2-bedroom vacation home for up to 4 guests, located in El Salobre Golf Resort. It features a private pool with optional heating available for an extra fee. This comfortable, modern villa offers a peaceful stay. Amenities include air conditioning, washer, dryer, fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher, TV, and free Wi-Fi. The terrace is furnished and has a barbecue.



Within El Salobre Golf Resort, you can enjoy top-class golf facilities, a variety of dining options, and spa services at the neighboring hotel. There is a supermarket at the entrance of the gated community. Private parking is included for your convenience.



For stays over 9 nights, cleaning with linen and towel change is provided. A cot and high chair are available on request for children under 2. The property is in a residential area, so parties and excessive guests are not allowed. Smoking is not permitted inside but is allowed on the terrace.



Guests have free access to Amadores Beach Club. Pets are welcome for an extra fee per night (max. 3 kg). Pool heating is available for an extra fee per night.

Desconexión

Pros: El lugar me encantó. La villa estaba muy bonita ,cuidada ,limpia y en una zona muy tranquila. La cocina estaba muy completa ,no le faltaban detalles como batidora ,cafetera ,etc.. Cons: Principalmente, que tanto para recoger la llave a la hora de llegar como para dejarla a la hora de irnos, tuvimos que dejar el coche fuera de la barrera e ir caminando más d 100 metros y volver ,subiendo una pendiente en plenas horas de calor. Tampoco me gustaron los sartenes parecían nuevos pero eran de muy mala calidad y cuando intentamos hacer de comer en ellos se pegaban los alimentos . Y como sugerencia , en la terraza trasera no hay luz y fué una tarea casi imposible hacer una barbacoa para cenar .
