Holiday Villa 'Yucas 13' with Sea View, Wi-Fi and Air Conditioning

Please note: There is construction next to the Yucas complex, with work taking place until the end of January, Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 15:00. No work will be carried out from December 19 to January 6, on weekends, or on public holidays.



Yucas Villa 13 is a 2-bedroom holiday home in El Salobre Golf Resort, featuring a private pool that can be heated for an extra fee and accommodating up to 4 guests. This modern villa offers 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and is located in the prestigious Salobre Golf Resort, ensuring a peaceful and comfortable stay.



The villa is fully equipped with air conditioning, washing machine, dryer, a kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher, TV, and free Wi-Fi. The terrace is furnished and includes a barbecue.



As guests, you have access to top-class golf facilities and can enjoy various dining options and spa services at the nearby Serenity hotel. A supermarket is located at the entrance of the complex.



Private parking is included. For bookings over 9 nights, cleaning and linen changes are provided. A cot and high chair are available on request for children under 2. The property is in a residential area; parties or any activity that may disturb neighbors are not allowed. Over-occupancy is prohibited. Smoking is not permitted inside, but is allowed on the terrace. Pets are welcome for an extra fee per night (max 3 kg). Pool heating is available for an extra fee per night. A security deposit is required before arrival. Free access to Amadores Beach Club is also included.
