For shared use: property, garden with lawn, swimming pool (seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Outdoor shower, barbecue. Private: garden (fenced) with lawn. In the house: air conditioning. Parking on the premises. Shop, grocery, supermarket, restaurant 500 m, bus stop "Plaza de Teror" 250 m, sandy beach 2 km, outdoor swimming pool, indoor swimming pool 10 m. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.
