Luxury, new-construction, fully-equipped independent villa with garden, terrace and private pool, located at the foot of the golf course in the private resort Salobre Golf and surrounded by nature, with wonderful views of the mountains, the golf course and the sea, and with all services available for a perfect holiday in the south of Gran Canaria.

Located on one of the best golf resorts on the island, with wonderful golf courses, and only 10 minutes away from the famous beach of Maspalomas, facing southeast with wonderful views. Surrounded by nature, silence and tranquility, it allows a relaxed stay on the best part of the island, very close from its main touristic attractions but without the noise of its streets and commercial areas. It is perfect to spend a holiday enjoying sport activities such as golf, cycling or trekking, or just relaxing with yoga sessions, massages and walks surrounded by nature.

The villa is distributed in one floor, and consists of a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and living room, connected through big glass sliding doors to the garden and pool area, a master bedroom with a king size bed, a complete private bathroom with shower and direct access to the terrace and pool, a second bedroom with 2 twin beds, and a second complete bathroom with shower. The villa has a nice garden and a private infinity heated pool, with wonderful views of the golf course and the sea.

Top quality materials have been used for its recent construction. There is free WIFI and air conditioning throughout the villa. It has a private parking space for two vehicles, included in the price. The golf resort urbanization is private, with continuous surveillance, supermarket, restaurants, and two complete golf courses, with special conditions for the guests of the villa. Access to the motorway is less than 1 km away and the airport is 30 minutes away.
