Luxury Duplex Meloneras Hill

Fantastic duplex with 3 bedrooms in quiet residential complex of Meloneras, one of the best areas of the south of the island. It has a wonderful shared pool and a smaller one for the little ones, a nice solarium to relax and a tennis/paddle court. Peace and tranquility are guaranteed, the perfect refuge to relax and enjoy a pleasant walk. Strategic location very close to the southern part of the tourist island, Maspalomas, Playa del Inglés... and also the capital of Gran Canaria. Enjoy an outdoor lunch on your beautiful terrace. The superior rooms as well as the living room have television and air conditioning. The duplex is provided with its own covered parking space, just below the complex, one minute's walk from the main door. You will find all this in a lively atmosphere, at the same time quiet and familiar. A few minutes by car you can also reach the Meloneras Golf Course and the Salobre Golf Resort. The complex has a fantastic shared outdoor pool with sun loungers and parasols. Furthermore there is a tennis/paddle court. The climate of tranquility that is created within the area will make you enjoy both large and small, in a family atmosphere and surrounded by all the comforts that you and your family expect and deserve. I will not be able to receive you personally, but we have a person of confidence who, if a problem arises, will be at your disposal. You can ask me any questions by phone. Late arrival times will have an extra charge. The house is prepared for our most demanding clients in the famous area of Meloneras, a stone's throw away from restaurants, supermarkets or anything else you may need. If you want to have "the best of both worlds", this house is without a doubt what you were looking for. There is a bus stop near the urbanization, although the best means of transport is by car or taxi. The hours of rest of the community must be respected.

Es war eine sehr schöne Anlage, das Haus war super sauber, in der Nähe ein Lebensmittelgeschäft was fußläufig zu erreichen ist, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Schöner Aufenthalt, weg vom Massentourismus

- eine großartige Location um die Insel zu erkunden (man sollte allerdings ein Auto haben) - Unterkunft war in einem einheimischen Wohnkomplex, mit netten Nachbarn, sowie sehr ruhig gelegen - familienfreundlich geschnittenes Haus, Küche war gut ausgestattet - beim Check In kam uns der Gastgeber sehr entgegen - großer Supermarkt ganz in der Nähe - es war sehr sauber - der gemwinschaftlich genutzte Pool war sehr schön und wenig besucht, wir konnten ihn mit unserer Kindern sehr genießen - Wlan war ok, könnte immer besser sein - einziger Minuspunkt war die Kommunikation vor der Anreise, Fragen wurden falsch oder garnicht beantwortet, Kommunikation fand dann nach der Landung statt (dann aber sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend)

Great location, well maintained house with all you need(oben, washing machine, dryer etc).

In closed complex, cctv monitored, totaly safe for the family or friends. Car needed (beach is aprox. 15minutes by walk down the road), well supplied supermarket is nearby in walking distance. We stay in GC every winter and I would stay here again for sure.
