LAS BARCAS APARTMENT, FIRST LINE BEACH LUXURY

In 2009 Las Barcas was completely renovated and today it is a complex of 5 modern apartments that offer all the equipment and comfort that you can wish to enjoy a good holiday. They are apartments with an excellent location and a high category.

It is an ideal vacation spot for families and friends who like tranquility and proximity to the beach. Located within walking distance there are numerous shops and restaurants.

It has a pleasant garden with lawn from where you can directly access the golden sand of Las Burras and the Paseo that connects this beach with the beaches of San Agustín, Playa del Inglés and Maspalomas. In the garden you can find comfortable hammocks for all apartments. Also chairs for our guests to take to the beach.

The 2 bedroom apartment is located on the first floor of the complex although with direct access from the outside. It has a terrace with comfortable outdoor furniture and overlooking the sea and the beach.

The 3 bedroom apartment is located on the ground floor. It has a porch and has direct access to the garden and the beach.

They have a modern decoration, with kitchen and high-end appliances (washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven), spacious bathrooms, comfortable sofas, air conditioning, ceiling fans, TV and free Wi-Fi so they can use their computers. Also small appliances such as toaster, juicer, iron, blender, dryer ..

There is daily cleaning from Monday to Friday. Beach towels also included.

Nice!

Perfect place at the beach, near restaurants. Great to sit on the balcony in your sunbed, watching the sea and sand, going for a swim in bare feet. In December you have sun on the balcony until 16, two hours before sunset. Housekeeping several days a week, clean and tidy. Highly recommended.

wir haben als Familie mit 2 Teenagern die Weihnachtsfeiertage in diesem Appartement verbracht. Es ist ausreichend Platz vorhanden. Das Appartement verfügt über 2 Schlafzimmer, eines für Erwachsene und eines für Kinder (Teenager) optimal. 2 Badezimmer, eine Wohnküche mit offenem Wohnzimmerbereich und einem Traumhaften Ausblick auf den Strand und das offene Meer. Die Terrasse bietet Platz für 2 Liegen und einen Tisch für 4 Personen. Zusätzlich gibt es die Möglichkeit seine Wäsche geschützt aufzuhängen. Das Appartement verfügt zusätzlich über Strandhandtücher, eine Waschmaschine, Strandschirm und Stuhl to go. Die Küche ist gut eingerichtet. Es gibt ein Hygiene Starterset für den Küchenbereich. In wenigen Fußgehminuten erreichen Sie die ersten Lokale am Strand. Playa des Ingles ist über die Promenade in ca 30 min zu Fuß zu erreichen. Hierbei passieren sie zahlreiche Geschäfte und Restaurants. Sollten sie über die Dünen bis Maspalomas gehen wollen, verlassen Sie den gekennzeichneten Weg nicht.
