  • The house is located in a hamlet called 'Los Llanos' in a very quiet place 0.5 km from the town of Fataga. The town is located in a valley at an altitude of 600 meters, with a mild climate most of the year, surrounded by mountains with a maximum altitude of 1100 meters. and at a distance of only 18 km from Playa del Inglés. It is a rugged landscape with a variety of Macaronesian flora and Canarian fauna. The Valley has a maximum length of 10 km and an average width of 2 km in it, there are many paths for hiking up to 1000 meters. high, it crosses from south to north a road that reaches Tejeda and the highest point of the island (Los Pechos) with an altitude of 1956 meters. and at a distance of 40 km from Fataga. It also has a medical service (3 days a week), Supermarket, Gas station, three restaurants and an ATM. Sports climbing enthusiasts can practice it next to the Fataga Dam 5 minutes from the town.
