A good quality holiday break at the Livvo Dunagolf

We stayed in the Live Dunagolf hotel for about 10 days, and enjoyed staying there. The hotel is nice and staff is very friendly. The bungalows are comfortable and clean. We stayed here the first week of February, and due to the nice weather we were able to spent quite some time at the poolside. During are stay (in Feb.) it was quiet and the other guests were also mainly older people, and there were no noisy kids around.

Pro: - Friendly and helpful staff - Great heated pool - Plenty of lounge chairs by the pool - Free pool towels (10 euro bond) - Decent food in the restaurant - Bar by the pool Con: - The bungalow wasn't clean. Plenty of grimy corners. Daily cleaning seemed to consist of wiping down the counters, making the bed and maybe sweeping the floor a little. The bedding wasn't changed at all during our one week stay. Maybe the cleaning crew was understaffed and/or not properly instructed (dumping hairs in the toilet rather than in the bin is a surefire way to get it clogged) and/or supervised. - Ant problem (tiny pharaoh ants) in the bungalow, especially in the bedroom. I must have killed a couple hundred of them during our 1 week stay. They gave us poison to spray but it didn't help. Apparently the best way to get rid of them is proper cleaning... - The AC smelled horribly. Like rotting onions. - The restaurant seems to be understaffed. It's fine if you go for the (more expensive) buffet, but if you order a la carte, be prepared to do a lot of waiting.

Great room, poor location and amenities

This hotel offers a fair value for money option in Maspalomas. Our room was spacious and clean, common spaces were very pleasant and the pool was great. When reserving it's worth bearing in mind that the hotel is quite far from anything else - if you don't have a car then taxis (which are widely available and cheap) will be needed to get to almost anything, including to get to the beach. There is a shuttle bus but it is infrequent. The range of facilities is good but some have suffered from under investment. The gym machines are quite old, the kitchenette was really just a sink and a microwave (no hotplate). Breakfast was not bad but other meals were quite underwhelming. Overall a good deal for the price, particularly for the nice room, but expectations should be managed for some other aspects.

Zimmer sauber aber besonders im Bad müsste einiges einfach mal ausgetauscht werden. Das Essen war echt nicht so gut, nicht oder falsch beschriftet, oft kalt und nicht so lecker. Ansonsten aber ne super schöne Anlage und man kann sich gut erholen denn es ist ruhig :) außerdem sind alle super lieb. Getränke zum zum Essen kosten 2€ aber es gibt auch immer was am Buffet. Es gibt genug kostenlose Parkplätze. Zu Fuß kommt man schnell zu einem Supermarkt aber alles darüberhinaus ist schon etwas weiter weg.

L'alloggio era pulito, moderno e confortevole. Alla reception il personale è sempre stato molto cortese e disponibile, stesso per il personale di sala. I dintorni dell'albergo sono poco serviti da ristoranti e negozi. Per arrivare alle vie del centro serve sempre la macchina, altrimenti c'è una camminata da un'oretta. La colazione compresa era completa e varia, come per la cena a buffet. L'acqua delle piscine è riscaldata e una delle piscine è riservata ai maggiorenni.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt im Hotel LIVVO Dunagolf Suites! Unser Zimmer mit Gartenblick war modern, sehr sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet – man hat sich vom ersten Moment an wohlgefühlt. Besonders begeistert waren wir vom Frühstück: eine große Auswahl, alles frisch und sehr lecker! Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr gepflegt, ruhig und lädt zum Entspannen ein. Die Pools waren stets sauber, und durch die ruhige Atmosphäre konnte man den Urlaub in vollen Zügen genießen. Die Lage des Hotels ist ideal – ziemlich genau zwischen dem Faro de Maspalomas und Playa del Inglés. Beide Strände sind wunderschön und mit dem Bus oder Taxi (ca. 7 €) leicht zu erreichen. Wer mit dem Auto kommt, findet direkt am Hotel ausreichend Parkplätze. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal – alle waren sehr nett und bemüht, unseren Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Wir kommen definitiv wieder und können das Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen! 🌴☀️

Brist i genomförande lämnar dåligt minne

Underbart poolområde med avdelat område för vuxna. Rummet lagom stort och trevligt. Snygg Design. Det som drar ner betyget är: Garderoben gick inte att öppna, massor med myror på terrassen, både på möbler och golv, fläkt men ingen kokplatta, fanns kniv med ingen skärbräda. Undvik att beställa a la carte, den gick inte att äta.. Garderob reparerades efter begäran, ingen städning efter reparatören, fick själv spruta mot myrorna, kokplatta levererades efter begäran. Att börja semestern med en massa spring till receptionen, inte kunna sitta på terrassen etc, drar ner betyget och gör att vi inte återvänder till detta hotell. En bättre kontroll av att rum och terrass är ok behövs innan gästerna anländer.

Lo que mas nos gusto del alojamiento es el espacio de dentro y de fuera(terracita),estabamos 3 personas y era espacioso. Lo que menos nos gusto fue la limpieza, los suelos del baño y de la terraza no estaban muy limpios. Las camas eran muy comodas. La zona de la ducha necesitaria una mampara mas larga ya que al ducharse se escapa el agua. Por otro lado si que me gustaria comentar que el buffet no tiene una calidad muy alta, es muy basico, costaba reponer las comidas y eran de calidad bajita. La atencion por parte de los camareros fue buena aunque se notaba que habia mucho trabajo y eran pocas personas. El jefe de camareros era bastante prepotente y nos dio una contestacion bastsnte incoherente ante una simple pregunta que le hicimos. La zona de las piscinas era agradable y con hamacas y sombrillas suficientes. En general recomendaria el hotel .

Excellent pour son confort et les espaces de détentes très agréable. Piscine top aussi également espace enfants super. Par contre buffet du matin et du soir (attention demi pension uniquement le soir, pas le choix ) très moyens et peu goûteux. Aussi l’amabilité du personnel limite. Mais globalement bon séjours

Superbe hôtel

Excellent séjour en famille dans ce très bel hôtel, à l’environnement très soigné, et très calme. Les jardins sont superbes et les chambres « suites » sont très propres et très bien équipées, kitchenette et séjour puis grande chambre séparée, les espaces sont vastes, les terrasses très appréciables. Petit dej et dîner buffet plus que corrects à un prix imbattable de 10€ par personne !! Difficile de faire mieux. Très bons Cocktails à 5€ seulement ! Le personnel est charmant et serviable. Parking gratuit sur place. Je recommande fortement !

Non è un hotel quattro stelle ma forse tre stelle, note positive tranquillità, personale disponibile e cordiale, bevande incluse a cena, note negative pulizie sia degli spazi comuni che delle camere, rifiniture scadenti a tratti pericolose come le mattonelle del soffitto nella hall che si stavano staccando
