Pleasant Stay

If you’re on a budget, this is the kind of a place for you. It is central locate, 10 minute walk and you’re on the Yumbo Centre. It is served by buses that will take you to Maspalomas Faro (Lighthouse), where you can walk to the gay beach. My stay was very pleasant and Pino, the onsite manager, is very friendly and always helpful. The pool area is very charming and the bagalows are basic but comfortable.

Basic apartment although a little tired it was well equipped and comfortable. I had a late flight and was able to keep the room until I left. 10 min walk from jumbo... very easy.

Some common sense customer service was lacking

The bungalow and location were fine. But a couple of weeks before my stay, I received an email saying they needed to know my arrival time because reception closes at 4pm. I replied that my guess would be somewhere around 6 pm. I expected a reply acknowledging my late arrival with confirmation that it would be okay, or instructions on alternative arrangements, and I expected such a reply to be automatic, without having to ask. But I received no reply at all. A few days later I asked for confirmation that someone would be able to let me in around 6 pm and still received no reply. The morning of my arrival, it turned out that I could arrive earlier, but still after reception closes (4:30), and so I sent another email again asking for confirmation that someone could accommodate my late arrival, and yet again received no reply. I managed to arrive even earlier, partly because of a change of plans, but also because I felt I needed to resolve the doubt about late admittance. I arrived at the front gate at 3:40 - well before the official close of 4:00. The gate was locked and I did not see a phone or bell so I called the number on my invoice. No answer. I called again ten minutes later. The rep told me where the bell was and said if I ring it, the receptionist would let me in. I hung up, rang it, and nobody appeared. I called back and was told a key was left for me in the mailbox. Inexcusable that nobody told me this in advance. Also, Wifi was weak and my room had no microwave.

Lo mejor de la estancia fue la tranquilidad del complejo. La piscina era solo para nosotros y la chica que nos atendió era simpatica. Sin embargo, deberían mejorar la limpieza del bungalow y una atención al público durante más horas. Llegamos a las 3 y media de la tarde y no había nadie para atendernos. Tuvimos que esperar media hora hasta que nos contestarán por teléfono. Tampoco hay aire acondicionado en las habitaciones. El cambio de toallas no es diario. En fin, un complejo bastante básico.

Se deberían actualizar, se ven antiguos reformados. Pero bien conservados. Actualizar mobiliario. WiFi es casi inexistente. Algún teléfono para urgencias o incidencias nocturnas

Bungalow i gammel stil, lidt slidt. Oplevede at strømmen gik flere gang pågrund af utæt vandvarmer den blive dog hurtig skiftet. Køkkenet sparsom ustyret men det er muligt at lave lidt mad. Fin lille svømningpool. Ikke langt til strand og bus fra og til lufthavnene køre tæt på. 15 min gang til Jumbo centeret. I betragtningen af det kun har 1 stjerne syntes det er et ok sted, jeg nød mit ophold

Well worth the visit

A really well located friendly and relaxed place only about 6 mins walk to all the nightlife. Decoration maybe could do with updating, but apart from that the place is clean & confortable. Nice pool, and they are relaxed about you bringing friends back.

un peu déçu du séjour, hotel sur l'avenue un peu bruyant de jour comme de nuit .. acceuil inexistant, reception des clés dans la boite aux lettres. Il y avait des cafards énormes le soir uniquement.. La pression des douches au secours .. pas franchement top !!!

Boring resort in need of a new management

There is no bar at this resort making visitors feel lonely. It's very difficult to feel at home and at ease when there is nothing going on. Also, the resort is a concrete jungle and the bungalows lack comfortable chairs and sofas. No cushions. A gay resort should be a place where you feel okay, where the staff provide their guests with a bar, some music and the possibility of serving you breakfast. As a single traveler I did no feel okay despite a very friendly woman in the reception. Moving on to Los Almendros, another gay resort, was therefore a great positive experience because it was all that Tenesoya was not.

schöne Gay Bungalow Anlage mit Pool

Sehr schöne, zentral gelegene Gay Anlage, deutsche Gäste haben wir nicht angetroffen in unserem 11 tägigem Aufenthalt. Bungalows sind einfach, ein bisschen "altbacken" ausgestattet, aber sauber und ordendlich. Poolbereich war ordendlich sauber und sehr schön. Bei der Buchung eines Bungalows unbedingt darauf achten nicht die erste Reihe nehmen. Liegt direkt an der Straße und kann auch nachts laut sein, besser die zweite oder noch besser die dritte Reihe nehmen. Wir hatten die Möglichkeit das zu testen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, kann aber kein deutsch und wenig englisch. Ein Supermarkt ist genau gegenüber. Wlan sehr schwankend ,

Bungalow nr-2 oktober 2012. Helaas de schoonmaak service, zowel de schoonmaak binnen als het vervangen van beddengoed en handdoeken, mocht zeker beter. Ook het servies was van matige kwaliteit en niet goed schoon. Douche had een te kleine boiler en een matige straal, WC liep vaak door en vriesvak deurtje in koelkast zat er niet meer in, hierdoor bleef de koelkast steeds koelen. Zwembad lekker 'klein' en lekker zonnen. Verder lekker rustig en perfect ligging voor uitgaansleven, cafés, shopping centra en strand. Al met al een betere aanrader als ook in bovenstaande punten beter werden gedaan/gemaakt.

les bungalows sont rococos , il serait temps de changer la déco. la baignoire était rouillés, Nombreux points lumineux ne fonctionnaient pas. les bungalows placés devant la route sont bruyants dus au passage des voitures.
