Gran hotel con variedad de instalaciones y habitaciones grandes. Los animadores son agradables y con varias opciones de comida. Único malo que entre las 4 y las 6:30 no tengan opción de merienda, como fruta o fiambre. Parece más que 3 estrellas.

Great service, clean rooms, will definitely return

From check-in to check-out, the staff were amazing. We did not come across any staff member that did not provide exceptional service - from the front desk, to the bars to the restaurants. Our room was very clean, and we were happy to see that all rooms have a balcony so no worries about missing out on that. More than enough sunbeds around the pool and surrounding areas for anyone who wanted them and we did not see any sunbed reserving at early hours. Definitely recommend trying the burger at the pool bar - it was amazing. We had seen other reviews recommend this and it did not disappoint.

SONNE TANKEN IN GRAN CANARIA

Das Hotel ist so lala. Obwohl es viel Essensauswahl gab war die Qualität des Essens unterdurchschnittlich. Ausser Neujahr und Silvesterabend hat sich das Hotel sehr Mühe gegeben und es gab doch das eine oder andere leckete Gericht. Wir haben uns eine Magen und Darmgrippe oder Foodpoisening zugezogen und waren sehr krank. Danach sind wir nur noch in öffentliche Restaurants ausserhalb des Resorts Abendessen gegangen. Das Hotel bietet sehr gute Unterhaltung für Aeltere oder Kinder an. Die Poolanlage is ok- jedoch muss mann sehr früh aufstehen um einen Liegestuhl zu reservieren sonst bekommt man gar keinen oder ein schattiges Plätzchen. Die Liegestuhlreservierung sollte vom Hotel abgeschaft werden.

Nice hotel in the middle of a refurbishment. Rooms and bar areas were very nice, but corridors felt dated and carpet didnt seem like the best choice. Food was ok, a bit tasteless at times and sometimes lacking variety. Drinks good, but the bar could have long queues at peak times. Mainly catering for Dutch / German guests

Habitaciones nuevas, pero ojo, no esta pensado para el turista español, comida con horario extranjero. Si quieres ir a visitar alguna cosa por la isla te tocara quedarte a comer en algun sitio, fuera. El todo incluido ha sido perfecto, buena comida, peor habia zonas del hotel sin aire acondicionado.

Personnel ultra serviable et sympathique pour tous les secteurs à de rares exceptions près qui confirment la règle ! Rénovation efficace pour qui a connu cet hôtel par le passé dont l arrivée de la climatisation. Cuisine un peu répétitive et trop oignonnée à mon goût malgré efforts faits pour diversifier les sites de ressources alimentaires. Piscine, wellness center libre d accès top. Solarium naturiste et textile en roof top : trop belle vue. Un bémol : plus de bus pour la plage de playa del Ingles (1 km marche), seul subsiste transport pour maspalomas. Bref avec le beau temps Garanti, un super séjour !!!

Laute Musik täglich bis 23 Uhr hat uns gestört

Das Hotel ist für spanische Verhältnisse i. O. bzw. es gibt sogar einige sehr schöne Bereiche - man kann es aber nicht mit deutschen Hotels dieser Art vergleichen. Unser Balkonschiebefenster bewegte sich bei jedem Windstoß geräuschvoll, die Fugen in der Dusche waren schimmelig, der Dusche fehlte unter der Tür eine Gummilippe, so dass immer der ganze Boden nass wurde. Alles nicht so schlimm, aber halt trotzdem nervig. Wirklich gestört hat uns die Animation im Garten der Anlage, die täglich bis 23 Uhr ging und sehr laute Musik beinhaltete. Schlafen ging vor 3 Uhr nur mit "Ohropax." Generell was das Zimmer auch sehr hellhörig. Auf unsere Beschwerde wegen der lauten Musik wurde verständnislos reagiert. Das Essen war ganz okay bis gut, es gab auch Abwechslung. Die Gartenanlage und der Pool sind sehr schön.

Double family stay

We stayed as 2 families of four, managed to get rooms next to each other and the check-in was pretty straight forward. The rooms were tidy and a good size with seperate sleeping areas (2 singles by the door and a double sofa bed by the balcony) The cleaning of the room tbrough the week was very basic, the beds would be made and the bin emptied but that was it, the sides and floor didnt seem to be touched. The towels were supppsed to be changed every 2 days but this only happened once in the week. The maids were friendly but paid no attention to 'do not disturb' signs. The pool area had a huge team going around in the morning to clean up the mess from the night before, in general it was a good job but some of the tables had obviously just been given a quick wipe and were still dirty. The pool itself was ok, not ideal for young kids as it gets deep really quickly but they had a small shallow pool and a very small splash park for the younger kids. The kids club was good, the outside has a large climbing frame with slides and indoors had a soft play area and plenty of activities, the animation team were very good and would put on a little dance before the announcements of the daily activities, which there were many. The food was hit and miss, breakfast was good. Lunch not so bad if you went to the pool bar or a la cart restaurant but dinner was not good, the majority of the same things and very limited options for children as even items that said plain were not.
