    This beautiful holiday accommodation has 3 bedrooms, one with a double bed, a second with two single beds, and a third with a bunk bed. It is also equipped with 2 bathrooms with shower, a spacious and bright living room and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, and other utensils for a carefree stay.

    The fabulous terrace of Beach House Adelfas MCI can be accessed from both the kitchen and the large windows of the lounge. The terrace has a very pleasant rest area and a dining area next to the barbecue.

    Beach House Adelfas MCI is distributed on one floor and is ideal for families with children or people who prefer to avoid stairs or have reduced mobility.

    Welcome and personal key handover until 8pm.
    A complete weekly cleaning (for reservations of more than 7 nights) with change of bed linen and towels.
    A cot and highchair will be provided (on request) for children under 2 years of age.

    Conditions

    ** This property is located in a residential complex, therefore all activities that may disturb other guests or neighbours are strictly forbidden.
    ** Guests will be required to pay a deposit to cover any damage that may occur. This deposit will be refunded after departure and inspection of damage.
    ** A dog is allowed with a surcharge of 100 EUR for the total duration of the stay.

👍 The house was very clean, comfortable and well equipped. The outside space is a big plus. I really enjoyed sitting outside at the lovely dining table to eat my breakfast every morning. Afterwards a walk on the beautiful nearby beach was wonderful. The house is also walking distance to the San Agustín shopping centre which houses plenty of shops and some nice restaurants.

We had a great time at Carlos's place. The location is ideal for walking and going to the beach. The house is very nice and private, although the rooms were a tad smaller than what the pictures look like. Huge plus there are two washrooms and a washing machine which is exactly what we were looking for. We had a few minor things come up with the fridge and a smell that seemed to be coming from the pipes. Carlos's team communicated with us and helped find a solution. We would come back in the future!

Großartig gelegene Unterkunft in einer ruhigen Anwohnerstraße. Wir haben mit den Kindern genossen, jeden Tag mehrfach ans Meer zu laufen. Die Kommunikation mit Carlos und seinem Team zu allen Fragen war sehr gut, schnell und sehr hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung innen von der Einrichtung her eher simpler Standard, aber landesüblich, sauber und alles funktionierte. Wir haben besonders die verschiedenen Terrassen sehr genossen. Kommen gerne wieder! Gerade für Familien mit Kindern ideal.

👍 Een fijne tuin met verschillende zitjes. Vooral de grote tafel voor het ontbijt was heel fijn. De woonkamer zelf is nogal klein, maar met het mooie weer zijn we hier ook niet geweest. Een goed ingerichte keuken en een mooi washok. De wasmachine was een uitkomst! 👎 We waren met 4 volwassenen, dus alle drie slaapkamers moesten gebruikt worden. Het stapelbed is echter niet voor volwassenen, dus dat wat minder.

Die tolle Lage, die Nähe zum Strand, die ruhige Nachbarschaft und der schöne Garten - das alles hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Haus ist gut eingerichtet und man findet alles, was man braucht. Die Räume sind eher klein, dafür ist der Aussenbereich des Hauses sehr gross. Es gibt viele blühende Pflanzen und der Garten ist gut gepflegt. Auch die Aussendusche ist sehr praktisch, wenn man direkt vom Strand kommt. Wir können das Haus sehr empfehlen.

Villa très agréable

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans cette villa. L'endroit est calme et la plage à portée de main., comme les restaurants et les commerces. La réservation, l'acceuil et la remise des clés se sont passées sans souci. Une villa que vous pouvez réserver les yeux fermés. Merci encore de nous avoir fait passé un joli séjour à la Grande Canarie. Nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir.
