  • The Maypa Arena is a beautiful, recently renovated 40 m² apartment located on the " promenade along the stunning Maspalomas Beach, in the south of the island of Gran Canaria.<br>It features a separate bedroom with two single beds, a full bathroom, a kitchen with<br>a living-dining room, and an incredible terrace with direct views of the Maspalomas Dunes Nature Reserve at<br>.<br>The living room features a very comfortable sofa bed, a TV with access to international channels, and<br>high-speed Wi-Fi.<br>Our guests have bedding, towels, and small appliances at their<br>disposal to ensure they have the most comfortable stay possible in this unique setting.<br>Just a few minutes’ walk away is the iconic Maspalomas Lighthouse and the Meloneras Promenade (<br>), a lively spot offering a unique sunset experience where you can enjoy the best sunset in Gran Canaria (<br>).

Fantastic week in the sun!

Location of apartment was great! Opposite the nature reserve and a few minutes from the beach and resort centre. Communication with the apartment manager was helpful, friendly and clear. Would definitely return!
