  • Furnished apartment in idyllic and unique situation of Gran Canaria. Second floor. Very bright. Ideal year-round climate. With wonderful views of the sea and the dunes of Maspalomas, it is only 30 m to the beach access. Large living room with large balcony and kitchenette, equipped to enjoy the nice weather. In quiet with all services at hand area without using the car, although the property has private and exclusive parking. Restaurants, entertainment area, and the shopping area are just a five minute walk.
    The property has 3 bedrooms, the first one with en suite, has a double bed of 1.60 mx 1.90 m, fully equipped, with wardrobe and air conditioning.
    A second bedroom has a + bed plus an extra bed.
    The third, with balcony access, has two beds, plus an extra bed.
    The apartment is fully equipped with modern and comfortable air for 6, but could accommodate up to 7 people.
