Apartment at the beach

Great apartment of 50 square meters located in front of the sea and with direct access to the beach from the complex. Large pool with hydromassage hammocks and solarium in a tropical setting and a relaxing environment to rest. A place to relax and enjoy the breakfast in front of the sea, the afternoon stroll along the shore and the pleasant nights on the terrace. Completely renovated and decorated in light tones that make the space a pleasant and cozy house, ideal for stays of two to four people. The terrace with sea views and open to the own garden with wooden table and chairs, barbecue area and a small corner for coffee. The spacious living room with sofa easily convertible into a double bed and plasma television gives way to the modern kitchen equipped with an induction hob, fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher and an infinity of small appliances (toaster, kettle, juicer, iron roasting, mixer ...) as well as complete kitchenware. The spacious bathroom offers a washer and dryer, white towels, and a relaxing shower at the end of the day. The spacious bedroom with a 150 cm double bed, built-in wardrobe, shoe rack and dresser with drawers, a quiet and cozy place for an evening or an afternoon nap. Baby accessories available if you need it (cot, high chair, dishes ...) on request. In short, a wonderful place that will transmit well-being and transport you to paradise!The apartment is nestled in an environment with green spaces and gardens, a large swimming pool and hammock area facing the sea, a small children's pool and toilets in the common areas. Direct access to the beach and promenade. Playa del Águila is a quiet area 25 minutes from the airport and 10 minutes from the great Dunes of Maspalomas and Playa del Inglés. Public transport stop, free parking, small supermarkets and several restaurants nearby. Great maritime avenue to stroll along the sea.

The bungalow was really nice and clean. Perfect for 2-3 persons. Pool is really good, but not heated. Beach is better then other beaches and only 60 meters from the bungalow. Its a quite and calm area so perfect for a family style vacation. The host is really kind and helped us very well. We will definitley come back!

Lovely apartment with great view

Extremely well equipped apartment , the best we have ever stayed in . Amazing welcome pack , arrived late to find provisions for dinner , breakfast and a huge bowl of fruit and a bottle of wine . Everything needed for the beach , towels , umbrellas, cool bags etc . Fayna was extremely helpful and obviously cared about the comfort and enjoyment of the guest’s holiday .

Beautiful apartment

Lovely little apartment, was in very good condition, clean and a bottle of wine awaiting us on arrival. Host was very helpful and responded quickly as I required some additional assistance during my stay. Would definitely visit again on returning to gran canaria. I would advise to park at the bottom of the hill if you rent a car as there was always a space down there although I visited at the start of April and you might not be so lucky at a peak time

Das Apartment hat mir alles geboten, was ich für einen entspannten Aufenthalt benötige. Die Wohnung ist nett eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet.Auch wenn die Fotos wohl schon etwas älter sind (bis auf die Einbauküche sind fast alle Möbel durchgetauscht) und die Matratze demnächst mal getauscht werden müsste: ich habe die drei Wochen sehr genossen.Die Kommunikation mit Fayna (nur digital) war entspannt und unaufgeregt. Obst/Wein/Wasser zur Begrüßung standen bereit und machten den ersten Abend zu einer runden Sache.Gerne komme ich wieder!

Schöne Lage aber.....

Check in war okay, aber ohne persönlichen Kontakt vor Ort.Netter Präsentkorb und Obstkorb sowie ein Kanister mit Trinkwasser.Der defekte Geschirrspüler wurde zeitnah erneuert.Die Fotos in der Anzeige weichen von dem was man vorfindet sehr ab.Einige Möbel zeigten deutliche Abnutzungserscheinungen, die Küchenutensilien waren ein Samelsurium und waren zum Teil nicht sauber. Wir waren fünf Wochen dort, aus unserer Sicht ist dieses Apartment nicht gerade geeignet um selbst zu kochen, aufgrund der dürftigen Ausstattung der Küche. Den Urlaub sollte man nicht mit Fensterputzen und abwaschen von Geschirr beginnen müssen. Da waren wir schon sehr enttäuscht vom Zustand des Apartments. Die zu Verfügung gestellten Handtücher rochen muffig. Fazit: Wir haben uns im Apartment nicht sehr wohl gefühlt, die Anlage hat es wieder etwas ausgeglichen.Die schöne Lage und eine freundliche Atmosphäre.

Schöne Unterkunft direkt am Meer

Schöne und gepflegte Appartmentanlage mit großem (unbeheizten und gesichertem) Pool und direktem (auch kindersicherem) Zugang zum - glücklicherweise nicht überlaufenen - Sandstrand. Das Appartment ist relativ klein (hat für uns inkl. 2 Kindern auf der Schlafcouch aber gut gepasst) und ist mit für kanarische Verhältnisse grossem Bad sowie Klimaanlage ausgestattet. Der Außenbereich bietet einen traumhaften Blick aufs Meer. Zur Begrüssung erwarteten uns Obstkorb, Gebäck und Wein, die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin war hilfsbereit und freundlich. Wir haben uns insgesamt sehr wohl gefühlt.

Superbe appartement avec vue magnifique sur la mer Très bien équipé, petit jardin pour la lecture grande piscine pour nager accueil de notre hôtesse, absolument charmant La mer à 50 m c’est juste fabuleux on a accès à une très belle plage avec peu de monde Ravis de notre séjour !!!

Rustig gelegen appartement

Het appartement ligt prachtig in een veilig vakantieresort en is van alle gemakken voorzien. De ontvangst fantastisch .Maar er zijn alleen twee restaurants en twee kleine supermarkten in de omgeving en verder moet je de bus of taxi nemen voor meer. Bushalte en taxistandplaats wel kort bij en zeker te doen.
