  • Nuovissimo,ben arredato,una camera,cucina accessoriata,lavatrice,lavapiatti,bagno con finestra,spazio esterno dove poter mangiare al fresco.La zona è ricca di servizi,quieta, a 2 chilometri dalla spiaggia.S.Fernando è una zona residenziale e turistica insieme,tranquilla e esteticamente gradevole per l'assenza di grossi condomini.Le case sono infatti colorate,tutte diverse tra loro,vi sono molti spazi verdi,bar ristoranti,supermercati,farmacie etc. Per chi ama immergersi nella cultura locale e detesta i loculi dei grossi condomini e i "non luoghi"della zona internazionale dove trovi solo boongalow e boongalow!
