"I am someone who cleans when I arrive anyway, but this hotel was so unkept. The carpet was filthy. The lobby floor was BLACK with smudges. The bathroom sink had toothpaste in it from a previous guest, and the comforter on one of the beds was black (like it had been dragged across a dirty floor), ..."
