Hyatt Vacation Club at Wild Oak Ranch, San Antonio
This is my third time staying here and I have definitely noticed a few things have changed and not for the better. Just seemed to me the customer has to suffer with minimal housekeeping and not the customer service there was before.

Menger Hotel
Beautiful historic hotel filled with antique furniture light fixtures and artwork. Limited staffing. Restaurant closed two days in a row. Elevator floor was never cleaned during stay. Bathroom amenities missing. Jacuzzi tub jets and filter were filthy. Limited to no maid service available during ...

Drury Plaza Hotel San Antonio Riverwalk
We enjoyed the rooftop pool. Beautiful view. The location was perfect as well. Close to the riverwalk and shops. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
