Quiet street with almost nothing but single family homes for neighbors. Unit has new appliances, newly installed central AC/heat, new floors, cabinets, fixtures, hardware, molding, and paint. New laundry facility on-site. Private parking also available.

On our last day we had no light nor water entering the property was confusing since room was not labeled after we called the customer service line they gave us the wrong room
