"The clothes iron didnt work some of the plugs inside the room didnt work either and the carpet in hallway was dirty"

"The hotel is undergoing renovation. Some parts showed promise, but they were taped off to discourage use. The elevator was decrepit. There was duct tape on the floor to keep people of tripping on holes. The location was on the edge of sketchy. So close to the River Walk and yet so far from cool. The room was very humid. I kept the air conditioner on, but it felt moist all of the time. Although it was recently updated, but very poorly designed. So much space, but a lot was unusable. The Kitchenette was handy, but there was no dining room table or sofa. The bathroom had a large counter that kept the door from being opened easily. A small modification in the shape of the counter would have kept my hip from being bruised. The staff were polite and efficient."

"The house is furnished beautifully, the kitchen is well-equipped, the A/C was great (once I figured out how to adjust the thermostat, the wifi was fast, and it's an easy walk to downtown (15 minutes or less). Having a washer and dryer was good too. The neighborhood was pretty quiet. Self check-in was easy: punch in the code on the door lock. Luke was quick to reply to messages and pleasant to deal with. I had a very nice stay."
