"What a disappointment! ….They trick you with the pictures, Becareful. Rooms were very old, and outdated. Room was not clean at all, surfaces dirty, stains on walls and shower, and floors dirty. Found some mildew. Could not wait to get out and thankful it was only a 1 night stay"

"Had a wonderful stay. Beautiful hotel with many extras. Breakfast and dinner were included along with 3 drinks a day at no extra charge. Staff were friendly and went out of their way to make you feel welcomed. Great location and would stay again! Only thing I wish could be improved is the valet set up. A bit time consuming; the staff running it do the bast they can with the spaces available."

"The room was very basic, and the bathroom felt more like a run-down hospital bathroom than a hotel. We were missing basic items like soap, and although the front desk said they’d bring some up, it never arrived. Breakfast was not good. The counters were messy, the floor sticky, and the coffee was either empty or cold. The air conditioner also wasn’t completely attached to the wall and made a constant clicking noise all night, which made it really hard to sleep. I wouldn’t stay here again unless I had no other options."

"The staff was nice. The property could use some love. In my room the TV, microwave, and fridge did not work and there was no light in the bathroom. There was also cigarette burns on the bedding - funny since I was in a non smoking room. I only need the room for a night because I was in town for a concert. Checked out and left after my show after having someone knock on my door looking for his tattoo artist and dealer."
