Perfect stay for family

We very much enjoyed staying at this time on vacation. Perfect for all age ranges. Pool/outdoor space was excellent and well maintained. Game room provided lots of entertainment for our family! Will stay again!

An amazing stay! The house was very spacious, and had lots to do both inside or outside. The pool and hot tub were great, and the backyard’s ambiance was spectacular. Great place for a family or small get together. The host was very attentive and responded quickly to any of our concerns. Would definitely recommend for a nice summer getaway.

San Antonio vacation

We loved this property. There was something for everyone! The pool, patio and game room were well utilized. We even caught the teens playing board games and didn’t even stay on their phones much. There were a lot of stairs but if that’s not an issue - then this is a great place to be.

We had a great stay at this property. I've never had a cleaner experience and I've stayed at a lot of places on the road. It was easy to feel comfortable here. Jose was extremely accessible and always available. Thank you for everything.

Sea World vaca

Our family had an amazing stay at this property! It was a great central location to Sea World and the Riverwalk. The pool area and game room were a hit for all of us. The property was clean and the property manager was kind and easy to communicate with. We would absolutely stay here again.

Perfect pool house!

This house was prefect for our annual family vacation! It had everything we needed. Plenty of room for a big family. A very nice and clean pool with hot tub. The house itself was very clean! I recommend this house for a great family get away. It’s also not far at all from the River Walk.

Great home with lots of room and fun things

We attended a conference in San Antonio. The home was just perfect for five of us to spread out and have our own space. We enjoyed sitting out by the pool and the hot tub in the evening. The beds were very comfortable. The pillows were great.Large kitchen to use Tv in the bedrooms. And lots of entertainment

Great property

We had a great experience. The owner was very responsive with quickly responded to any questions before, during and after our visit. He was very helpful in getting our belongings back that we left at the property which was a huge relief! The location was great, easy access to many different activities, attractions and food. The property itself was very clean and one of the best stocked places we have stayed at. Would definitely recommend and would stay again if in the area.

Fantastic location!!!

We had a marvelous time at this fun home. Ten of us stayed for 5 days. The home was well laid out. The swimming pool was a hit as well as the pool table and games. The beds were all comfortable. It was family friendly, well stocked, and clean. The location was close to all our activities.

Great Host

We had the pleasure at staying at this residence for our summer vacation. Everything was as listed, communication with the host was fast and prompt, house was set up great. They supplied everything you would need to enjoy your stay. The kids absolutely loved everything available there for our stay. This place will definitely keep your kids entertained. The pool and outside areas was amazing, spent most of the time outside then inside playing games mornings and nights. Would definitely recommend!

Wonderful family vacation

Property is as advertised, if not even more spacious. Location was great to get around the attractions like Six Flags and Seaworld. Only 20 minutes to the Riverwalk and the Alamo. Communication with the property manager was great.One thing to be aware of, the hot tub is wonderful, but the pool is not heated. The filtration system also wasn’t working very well, so it took quite a bit of skimming each morning to get the pool swimmable. It was quite hot when we were there, so the pool was OK for the kids, but pretty chilly for adults. If you visit in cooler weather, I would imagine the hot tub would be great, but the pool would not be usable.

Would highly recommend!

My group stayed here for a week long trip to San Antonio and absolutely loved the house. Having full use of the garage was extremely convenient when bad weather came through. The pool was perfect and the hot tub was even better. When we first arrived the house was extremely clean and there were plenty of towels, soap, etc. to go around for a group of 10. Overall I would definitely recommend this to anyone!

Big house stay.

Overall the stay was wonderful. Several things were broken. We reported them but noone came to fix them. The ice maker wouldnt make ice. The jaccuzi tub in the master bath was broken. One of the garage door wouldnt lift without help Lifting. The AC would only cool to 80 degrees upstairs. Pool was wonderful. Hot tub was great.

It was Ok

I really hate to do a review on this place because I truly want it to be good. We did have fun and the host was great but we were disappointed in many things. The house was not really that clean in my opinion. We found dirty pots & pans (did a previous guest leave them or housekeeping?), the blinds were dirty and dusty, the door frames and doors looked as though they hadn't been wiped down in quite some time. There was a broken leg on a floor lamp and the lamp was just propped up on it. Some of the siding was broken off the decking and was just laying on the ground in the back and the inside could definitely use a fresh coat of paint. The stove top only had two working burners and the oven had a temperature sensor issue while we were there. We did enjoy the pool, pool table and just hanging out with our family but, for the money, these things shouldn't be an issue.....
