Wow, I can't say nothing but great things about our host Ms. Claudia. She promptly responded to every text message in a timely manner and satisfied our questions and requests. Due to the unexpected weather, the heating system had difficulty keeping the house warm but Claudia worked diligently with her technician and HVAC company until the heating system worked properly. The house was beautiful, spacious, clean and in a safe quiet neighborhood.Moreover, due to the weather back East, we had multiple canceled flights (too many). Graciously, Claudia extended our stay at the house which was so appreciative. If I ever return to San Antonio, I would definitely look for one of Claudia's properties.Neena Burnett - Delaware
