"stiff and forced atmosphere.. place too clean.. good for europeans with high standarts and no big interest in the local folks.. food is very expensive and not authentic they give out some free shots at the evenings but that‘s the least when they charge you 10k for a beer even tho u get it around the corner for 3.5k.. ur not allowed to smoke weed inside the garden area.. so the tourists get forced to go outside and get in trouble with the police that takes advantage of tourists not knowing the law.. apart from that it‘s allright (oh yeah forgot that.. check in takes ages people are not morivated.. seen the same at viajero in cartagena and then left while the check in process and went for the 7 nights hostel in getsemani where i had a all over pleasant experience.."

"Staff definitely needs training. Sara Martinez from the reception took almost 20 min to check me in, because apparently she couldn't find my Expedia reservation. She also helped multiple customers over the phone and in-person while I stood in front of her. I was in town for business and needed internet connection - and it sucked! Jesus from maintenance helped me, and after a couple of HOURS I could actually work on emails and calls. Food is super overpriced and bad! The only positive thing about this propriety is location (which is not awesome either). I would definitely stay away from this place."

"These rooms have a more "studio" apt feel than it's sister the Spiwak, but it's centrally located, safe, and it's most beautiful amenity, the rooftop pool with a wonderful view of the city."
