Peace and quiet

We really loved staying here. It's not big, but big enough and most importantly it was clean and everything we needed was there. The location is great if you're looking for a quiet place in the Ardeche and don't care much for a towncentre on walking distance. It's a 5 minute drive to the nearest city. The owners live next door and respond fast and friendly. Now, a good review mentions the downsides as well, but there really aren't that much. The double bed could have been 20cm longer, but we didn't bother that much. The garden could have been mowed, but our kids actually liked it so they could pick some wild flowers. The only thing we really missed were some scissors, so we bought some on our first day in the supermarket.

Ein kleines schönes Häuschen an einem ruhigen Ort. Tolle Lage da man wirklich sehr viel in der Umgebung machen und sehen kann. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Der Ort liegt fussläufig an der Ardeche zum Baden. Die Vermieter haben sich wirklich viel Mühe gegeben, dass wir uns wohlfühlen. Als der Geschirrspüler kaputt ging, war innerhalb von zwei Tagen ein neuer vor Ort.

Petit écrin en Ardèche

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Sampzon.Le logement est parfaitement agencé et d'une propreté irréprochable. Piscine de taille idéale qui permet de se rafraîchir. Très belle terrasse bien agencée équipée d'une belle table, d'une pergola, de chaises et de bains de soleil.La région est magnifique, nous avons fait de belles promenades grâce aux bons conseils de nos hôtes. Petit : borne de recharge pour voiture électrique à 200m.Notre hôte Marielle nous a réservé un excellent accueil. Très bon relationnel.Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances.

Des vacances exceptionnelles !

Nous avons passé de superbes vacances dans la villa qui est située à 5 min à pied de l’Ardèche. Le logement est conforme à l’annonce et super bien équipé. Le jardin clôturé a permis à nos 2 border collie de profiter également de l’extérieur. La piscine nous a permis de nous rafraîchir vu les températures élevées et la rivière toute proche permet également de bien s’amuser surtout que nous avons eu un avces permanent aux kayak du camping. Pour les amateurs de pêche il y a plein de belles carpes. Sampzon est idéalement situé avec plein de beaux villages de caractère et de grottes à visiter. Les propriétaires sont très gentils, attentionnés et discrets. Bref, tout était parfait et nous recommandons vivement cette location.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans la maison de Marielle, que nous remercions ainsi que son mari pour leur accueil et leur écoute. La maison est très bien équipée, moderne. On a pu profiter de la terrasse avec une vue très agréable et de la piscine. L'emplacement est extrêmement calme et champêtre, de quoi se reposer. Toutes les activités et sites se trouvent très proche de la maison. C'est l'endroit idéal pour passer des vacances réussies.

Haus in Sampzon

Das Haus ist praktisch und modern eingerichtet, sehr sauber, mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet.. Der kleine Garten mit Terrasse und Pool ist komplett eingezäunt, das war super für unsere Hunde. Man hat eine schöne Aussicht. Der einzige direkte Nachbar ist die Vermieterin, sehr nett und zurückhaltend. Das Haus liegt am Hang oberhalb der Campingplätze von Sampzon in ruhiger Lage. Ich kann es empfehlen.

Nous avons passé 2 semaines formidables en juillet chez Marielle. Le logement est très bien équipé, bien agencé, fonctionnel, moderne et très agréable à vivre. L'extérieur n'est pas en reste avec la piscine, les transats, le mobilier de jardin et le barbecue, tout est là pour profiter au calme de cette belle région. Très appréciable également: un vrai jardin clôturé et la place pour garer la voiture. Les propriétaires sont à l'écoute, disponibles, discrets, accueillants, serviables et sympathiques. Bref, rien à redire! Je recommande vivement.

Tres beau gite pres des gorges de l'Ardeche.

Gite tout confort et moderne, bien équipé et trés bien situé, au calme et sans vis a vis, avec une petite piscine tres appréciée. Parfait pour un sejour reposant et pour la pratique de nombreuses activités , rando, baignade, canoé , velo et autres...tout est a proximité. On recommande !

Heerlijke plek om de Ardèche te verkennen

Huisje was prima, uitzicht vanaf de tuin was echt fantastisch!! De Pont d'Arc is 20 minuten rijden, er zijn er vele kleine schattige stadjes in de buurt en echt heel veel prachtige wandelroutes, waarbij even afkoelen in de Ardèche zeker tot de mogelijkheden behoort.
