Walk-in shower and separate WC. 2 terraces, one of which is 40 sq m and sheltered. Walking, jogging, mountain biking or road cycling trails start from the house. After exercise, relax on the terrace or in the oak grove (garden furniture) or go for a swim 5 minutes walk from the house. Barbecue to recharge your batteries, or go to the café-restaurant 100m away, do your shopping at the summer market in the restaurant square or at the supermarket 5 minutes by car. Situation de la maison exceptionnelle. Elle se trouve juste au dessus de l'Ardèche et en plein centre de Sampzon. On trouve toutes les commodités nécessaires à moins de 10 minutes et surtout énormément d'activités tout autour du gîte.
