Staff went above and beyond to welcome us and make our stay pleasurable, going out of their way to be helpful. The amenities are clean and well maintained, the buffet lunch world class. It was very convenient having a free chilled water machine on our floor and just down from our room. There's Sky TV with local channels plus YouTube. Ayala Mall is directly across from us, as well as a McDo and a 7-Eleven. There's even a jeepney/ Aircon van terminal there as well, across the street. The swimming pool was a little small but the environment around the pool and the bar made up for it. I would highly recommend staying here, we enjoyed our stay very much.

Location was pretty convenient, short rides away from multiple malls, dining options that are open late super close by. Every single staff member was so kind and the housekeeping team did an excellent job.

"This hotel is only considered a one star hotel, but the room and beds were very comfortable. None of our taxi drivers could find it, so I needed Google Maps to guide them. My only disappointment was that there was no hot water in the shower."
