"Wonderful hotel with delicious breakfasts including freshly cooked eggs to order and real coffee. Good location with a 15 minute walk through parks to the Registan. Staff were excellent with good English. The only slight negative was that the bathroom ventilation was poor, and when we mentioned that to the manager, he moved us to another better room with a much better bathroom. Excellent service!"
"The hotel is located in a very good location with shops and restaurants nearby. The surrounding area is safe and quiet at night. From the hotel I can walk to the famous tourist attraction: the Registan. The room is very clean and its amenities are in very good condition; breakfast buffet is very good. The hotel staff speaks English well and very helpful. This is the best hotel that I stayed in Uzbekistan."
"Well located place with friendly staff but a bit overpriced for what it is. Let down by small details: tv and fridge do not work, breakfast is poor and no sound insulation."
"Food great. Staff's English poor. Katarina VERY unfriendly. Internet access terrible. Staff misled guest re this. Said they would fix. Never happened. Staff tried to get guest to take tour with non-English-speaking guide for extremely expensive price. Found better deal elsewhere. Room clean & comfortable, but service bad."
"Incredible staff, went out of their way to help this group of Americans with everything from quick turnaround on laundry/pressing service to providing tips on travelling around the city/country. The room was no frills when compared with what one might expect in a U.S. room, but it was clean, quiet, and a great place to sleep after days of exploring. We didn't travel halfway around the world just to hang out in a hotel room."

5/5 Excellent
"We loved everything about this property as you can see. The staff were super helpful, great rooms, breakfast, pool area. We loved the location as it was walking distance to everything but not in the thick of everything. A nice place to go and relax at the end of a full day of sightseeing. Fantastic ice cream shop next door"
