"This is a very "rustic" place. The suite we had was large and had a lot of space, but was in complete disarray. The toilets were stained, the kitchen was dirty, and the general condition of the unit was poor. For example, there were, rusty, exposed screws in the bathroom where they put a new sink. "We absolutely loved our stay at Chalet Tropical! From the moment we arrived, the service was beyond exceptional—worthy of a 5-star hotel rating. Every detail was handled with care and genuine warmth. Chalet #1 is incredibly spacious and creatively designed. It’s a feast for the senses—crafted with beautiful woodwork, unique rustic furniture, and thoughtful artistic touches in every corner. Just look at these pictures! Every space felt like a handcrafted masterpiece. We especially loved having our own private pool, complete with a peaceful waterfall. Even though the water was cold, we still enjoyed every moment—the sound alone was pure tropical serenity. Although we won’t be back ourselves, we’ve already shared this hidden gem with our friends and family so they too can enjoy this unforgettable experience.
