Property was in a very convenient location to downtown and was as advertised. The checkin process was not smooth and owners were not very responsive, only willing to send non-links through Expedia. The would not call or text. At checkout, we were charged for damages and broken glasses which were not used, and were not reasonable to tell us where things were found.

At first glance the room was clean, spacious and the bathroom was a handicapped enabled one so a fair size. As the night went on though the noise started to get louder from the adjacent hospital and continued thru the night only to be interrupted by the gurgling drain in the bathroom. They did give us a voucher for the restaurant that covered only the meal not the tax and tip, also they gave us a $50 uber voucher which we figured at first was overly generous but turned out to be for the shortcomings in the room, we thought. Would not stay at this hotel again.
