"I have twice on two Salzburg visits"

"We enjoyed our stay at this facility. Check-in was easy, although our room wasn't ready until an hour after check-in time. The room and facility were clean. They have large baggage drop lockers that you can access all day, prior to check-in. Laundry facilities were on-site; 4 Euro for a washer and 3 for a dryer. The machines dispense laundry detergent so you don't need to bring any. There is an endless supply of towels, boxed water, toilet paper, tea, and paper towels. There are at least six grocery stores within blocks of the property, including ones with international, GF, and vegan options (note: they are closed on Sundays). The property is in an area of hotels, car businesses, grocery stores, and a variety of other businesses. It is a 10-minute walk to touristy streets and 30 minutes to Old Town (Altstadt). There is a bus stop in front of the building. There is a tiny fridge that holds a single depth of items. Overall, the building was quiet. We had great issues with using the TV; the streaming did not work well, and we couldn't get support. "

"The young lady at check in was amazingly helpful and nice. The hotel is in a really good location and we were able to walk to all of the sites we wanted to visit. The fortress was amazing!"

"No baldony or laundry taht we know of but weren’t expecting these either. Was convenient to old city and river walks."

"Check in was smooth and simple very nice hotel perfect location across the street from the train station easy walk into the center of Saltzberg or you can hop on the free bus that takes you there also. those are spacious enough, especially for a one night. Stay shower pressure. Very good in bed are comfortable."
