The rooms were clean. Staff was helpful. Location was nicely located right next to the Hauptbahnhof & Bus station. The hotel gave out free transit passes to use city buses, which was great for my family. We could bus to the different sites very easily. I would definitely stay there again. Oh, and the restaurant was on the top floor, which was very nice. Great views!

Excellent breakfast. Our room needed a bit of a revamp a bit tired, blackout curtains seen better days and also the housekeeping lacking, cups dirty when we arrived and when the room was cleaned during the day no fresh cups provided and tea/coffee refilled.

All the rooms have amazing view facing the alps and the castle. We love watching sunrise and sunset from our room! Amazing location right next to bus terminal for all of our day trips. Supermarket inside the station is a plus, and it opened during holidays even when everything else was closed. Great location and great hotel!

Best personal vacation hotel in Salzburg.

Excellent location next to Salzburg central train and bus stations. Supermarkets are right there for your conveniences. It is quiet even it is close the train station. I would recommend this hotel for your vacation in Salzburg. It is well connected to regional tourist attractions, like Hallstatt.

The room was clean and comfortable. It would have been nice to have a TV remote with a Guide so I could find BBC or CNN. But even better would have been a window that opened so I could have taken a photo and not had it been through a dirty window!!! I stayed here last week and did not get a Mobility card … this week I did! Wish they were consistent … and that the staff cared … because the gal I mentioned it to this morning did not.

Staff was friendly and I could not check in upon arrival but they kindly stored my luggage for me so that I could begin exploring Salzburg. Upon checking in and going to my room, I found that the towels were dirty and appeared to have makeup on them. That made me feel as if the whole room may not be clean. Breakfast is not included. Hotel is ideal for those using bus/train transportation.

Nice staff and a nice view from the rooftop but the hotel is old, the room we stayed in was very old and the bed was awfully uncomfortable. Very close to the train and bus depot, so the area doesn’t feel very nice. Spend a bit more and stay closer to the downtown area, not worth the savings.
