SEMI-OCEANFRONT Salvo - Hattie Creef - Reel in the perfect vacation with a stay at majestic YELLOW FIN. Enter using the dry entry for an easy beginning to your vacation with a convenient elevator just a few steps up inside the first level. This New England style home offers plenty of family fun with private swimming pool, outdoor tiki bar with lush natural landscaping, hot tub, and a large game room with pool table and wet bar featuring a full size refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave. The family will love taking in a movie in the theater room with 70" TV, surround sound and theater seating. There is a cabana half bath with convenient access from both game room and pool area and a king master bedroom. The second floor offers 4 master bedrooms (king, king, king, pyramid bunk), 2 with direct access to the covered decks. All bedrooms have wall-mounted TVs. The final king master bedroom is on the top floor and offers a large bath with double sink, Jacuzzi tub and large custom tile shower. The expansive great room has comfortable seating around the entertainment center, and there is a powder room nearby. The dining area provides the perfect setting for a relaxed family feast, and the well equipped kitchen, suited for cooking up the catch of the day, has granite countertops and double dishwashers. This timeless beauty will entice you to make your visit to YELLOW FIN an annual event. (Fireplace seen in pictures is not available for guest use.

Needed to be a little more prepared for the opening of the house for the season

Painters left outside deck unfinished, mini fridge still in house, smell of mold entering the 3rd level, mold on life preserver, garbage never picked up all week
