"Pousada bem simples, optamos pela hospedagem por ser pet friendly. Algumas áreas comuns precisam ser reformadas urgentemente, estão em condições bem precárias. Pedimos para antecipar o café da manhã, pois eu e meu marido íamos participar de uma prova de corrida bem cedo, assim como pelo menos outros 8 hóspedes e eles não nos atenderam. "Breakfast was included. Stayed 2 nights on either side of flights. First room was better than second. First room was quieter place if the hotel and no issues. 2nd room was on the noisier side and our AC took awhile to get working so the room was kind of musty at first."

"Overcharging! Unexpected high Fees charged for early check in - 1 hour earlier than regular check in time, zero flexibility changing lunch time for the check out date by check in date so you’re obligated to pay. Overcharge for any other food/snack/drink (even a simple coffee). Room has leak in the toilet which was fixed but the smell of glue was there with us for the whole period. A/c unit did not work- at least it wasn’t a hot day but it could be a problem during summer. Floor was not properly cleaned for the entire property including guest room. Food is far from what you can expect when you pay high nightly charges. I have already paid much cheaper resorts with much better food.l and again, if you want good food you have to pay additional for one of their private restaurants."
