"Wenig Gedanken gemacht das keine Saison ist und alle umliegendenden Restaurant und Geschäfte in Dorf Tirol geschlossen sind. Weihnachtsmarkt in Bozen und Meran besucht. Im Hotel wurde kein Nachtessen angeboten. Leider wurde das in keinen Unterlagen erwähnt. Die Hoteleigene Bar war zwar offen bis 21:00 Uhr. Wollte man etwas konsumieren wurden wir durch die Reception aber auch den Chef verwiesen auf die kleine Minibar im Zimmer. Mit dem Gästepass konnten die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel und Museen...

"Check in went well. Room is clean. Breakfast was great. Location on the river is fantastic. However, the hotel is showing its age and is currently in a state of renovations. Once the renovations are complete, the property would likely rate excellent in all aspects."

"This is the best hotel I have ever stayed in. The food is amazing and its never ending if that’s what you like. The service is first class and the staff are wonderful: We are from Australia and the only “English” speaking visitors , however, this was not a problem for us as the staff all spoke English. "Hotel therm met all expectations and exceeded them. As did the beautiful city of merano. We originally staying only 1 night but due to the beauty we decided to alter the last half of our trip to go back a few days. And hotel therm was the perfect choice again. Good location for the city, plus access to thermal pools was an amazing perk. The roof pool of the hotel, had perfect views of the mountains to relax to."
