"Check in was smooth. Location great for city centre, but you can hear a lot of noise from car park, entrance, hallways and other room doors opening and closing!"

"A good clean accommodation, nearly inside the cricket ground. I enjoyed my one night stop over, with no problems. Friendly receptionist willing to help.. "

"Didnt even get to the property. Wrongly advertised as having free parking. The manager refused to help as unaware to me there is a £100 deposit. Until i paid this . Even though I paid for the room he would not give me any details of the location. So held to ransom . He was polite but unhelpful. I chose this property exclusively because of parking as I cant walk distances and especially with a suitcase. Im still trying to get my money back "

"Absolutely worst hotel experience I have ever had. I was put in room #1 which is right next to the door to the reception as well as the stairwell. The room has _zero_ sound insulation so every time someone exited or entered the reception area, the door would slam shut. The room vibrated with every slam. Additionally, you heard every stomp of feet on the staircase.
I checked out at 3:15am because it was a waste of time to stay any longer."

"The lift was out of action and it would seem that it had been for some time. Whilst I have no problem using the stairs (as I prefer the exercise) this would have caused a major problem for some of my friends whom normally would have stayed as well.
Also, no mention of this was made when booking."
