Always lovely and clean. Restaurant is delicious, private, safe parking and one of free nice places that allows per dosas to stay. The only place we stay when we’re in Saltillo!

We always stay here when driving back and forth from Texas to Guadalajara. The staff is excellent!! The hotel is being renovated and results are very nice. Indoor pool, workout facilities and breakfast are all excellent.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and well supplied. It would be nice to have an in-room coffee maker - we requested one and it was brought to our room. There was plenty of parking and multiple entrances so we were able to park right outside the room.

GET FOR WHAT YOU PAY. GOOD BREAKFAST, CLEAN POLL, PRETTY NEAR FROM EVERYWHERE BUT NOT AT DOWNTOUN. THE HOTEL IS RECONDITIONING MANY AREAS, BUT STILL NOT THAT BAD. IS A GOOD PLACE TO STAY WITH FAMILY TO GET TO THE MUSEO DEL DESIERTO THE NEXT MORNING AFTER HAVING AN EVENING AT THE POOL AND A GOOD BREAKFAST AT HIS NICE REESTAURANT.

The restaurant hours showed closing at 11pm on Sundays. We arrived after 8 hours of travel at 7:30pm on a Sunday and the kitchen was already closed for dine in and room service! We were told to check uber eats or another app. The location is some diatance to restaurants and if you dont have a car, this is very difficult. The area around the hotel is industrial, so no food options without driving. We stayed here last month as we drove through and the staff was very helpful, the food was superb and this time we were surprised at the "ok" quality of breakfast. Clearly something has changed. Dont know if we will stay here again.

Check in was easy, the staff was friendly! Some work needs to be done on the hotel but they are in the middle of renovating. Inside the rooms are nice and clean, the hallways need to be updated- which I think they are working on. The hotel is located on a very busy intersection so be prepared for that when getting in and out. However, it’s quiet and clean.

For the most part, it was a clean and comfortable hotel. The food was generic at breakfast, but not too bad. I've always thought that a local restaurant should reflect the local foods. But that's just me.

Terrible condition. Parts of the hotel were under renovation and frankly the whole place needs it desperately. Supposed to be kitchen facilities in the room - tap in the sink wouldn’t turn off. Microwave switch broken. Water leaked all over the floor from the shower. Light switches in the room intermittently didn’t work. Thank heavens the bed was comfortable. But really not worth the cost.
