"A great location, quiet, and near to the railway station and the city centre. The hotel is full of character, has good-sized rooms and a small friendly bar. The staff are always friendly and helpful, making you feel very welcome as of you were at home. I was very fortunate to stay in the Sir Roger Moore Suite, a splendid suite with a bath you just have to relax in! The hotel is my first choice when I stay in Leeds. "

"The room was excellent as was the location, car park was right next door £10 for 24hrs booked on arrival at hotel. Breakfast was excellent value, great location for Al the amenities, Arena and town centre 👍👍👍👍"

"Lovely reception staff. Very comfortable and clean room and bed. Complimentary snacks as well as the usual tea and coffee much appreciated and great to have bottles of milk rather than tiny plastic pots. Great value for money and the breakfast was delicious with a large range of options and helpful staff "
