Overall great place! Lots of room and everything well set up. Good entertainment living area with plenty of seating. Maybe softer beds, but overall, we had a nice stay and enjoyed being here!
The property met all of our needs. Large kitchen and living space and comfortable bedrooms. Our Host was very helpful and responsive. We will stay with them again if possible.
The unit was very clean, easy to check in and was everything we needed for a college visit. My son and I enjoyed the property, slept great. If you have a rental car, the garage is perfect. We went to a Jazz game and the trax station was a 2 minute walk, and very quiet- we never heard it from the property.
Kitchen and living room floor were very comfortable. Three bedrooms (with 2 in suite bathrooms) worked great for our family. Use of garage w/ remote of value. Location is very convenient to get anywhere in the greater SLC area. Townhomes are located on an industrial block.
This was my first time using any short term rental, but the host made it a smooth experience. There was a minor hiccup in the beginning, but she was responsive and provided quick resolution. It was great for my group of friends to celebrate a going away for some coworkers. I'm considering this location again for a future get together.
The location is great being easily accessible from the highway so makes an easy commute the big/little cottonwood canyons. Really liked that this place has a garage so you have a place for all your gear and still be able to park inside. The living room is a great space with a comfy couch and big tv for relaxing after a day of skiing. The beds are also very comfortable.Great communication! Always checking in to ensure we made it and had all we needed.
This place was nice (garage is very convenient). Booked it kind of last minute and it worked out nicely. Note that you will need to verify your identity through a website called superhog which requires you to take a picture of your license and submit a selfie. I didn't love that and if my other housing plans hadn't fallen through last minute I probably would have looked elsewhere for that reason. I understand why they need to do it but I don't like sharing that information like that. That said, it's a nice place, the location is okay but the area seems like it's getting nicer. I walked to downtown from this house a couple times and it was about 50ish minutes. Check out the dough miner just down the road if you like bagels and the like.
The host was responsive and attended to our needs throughout the stay. The property was easy to access and was close to everything we needed. The only drawback is the property needed a little TLC as it has a few minor cosmetic issues.
Beautiful place to stay! Very cozy and great space. Great communication from the Host! Always made sure we were taken care of and stayed in contact the whole time just in case we needed anything! Highly recommend! Will stay again!
